iLOT Auto-scaling Pump, which is powered by flowing pressure, has low water pressure. The solution is absorbed and dissolved into the water flow through the piston and the connecting rod which are drove by water powered engine.


The operation of hydropower
The absorbing section is connected with the pump by a piston bolt rod which is linked to water power. The backflow-prevented piston bolt rod rotates in a cylinder to push the water out while absorbing the solution in the bottom in.

Temperature: 4 celsius degrees-40 celsius degrees(39fahrenheit--104fahrenheit)
Pressure: 0.2-6 pa (2.9-85pascal)


Loss of water pressure:
The loss is 0.1pa in low flow and 1pa in high flow.
The loss ranges from 0.1pa to 1pa according to the water flow when the additive ratio is 0.2%--2%.
The loss ranges from 0.2pa to 2pa according to the water flow when the additive ratio is 0.4%--4%.

Both of the inlet and outlet are 3/4 standard screw.
The container to hold additive should be put beneath the pump.


Installation:
1. location:
Both of the inlet and outlet should be consistent with the water pipe.
The suction tube should be installed beneath the pump.
2. Nail the stand of the pump on the wall or other fixed equipments.


3. Push the pump firmly into the stand; you will hear a click sound when the screw heads of the pump are completely into the hole on the stand.
To install the pump directly on the water pipe:
1. Install the pump on a water pipe with a threaded nozzle; make sure that the water flow direction of the pump is as same as the water pipe.
2. Install a 50-75 filter between the water valve and the pump
3. Both of the inlet and outlet should be equipped with water valves, please turn off the water valve of the inlet before installation in case that the pump would be turned on.
4. Keep the suction tube straight in the container and make sure its length is long enough to reach a few millimeters high above the bottom of the container.

To install the pump on sub-pipe (bypass installation)
The pump can be installed on sub-pipe if you do not want the pump to be kept working or the water pressure of your pipe is higher than the pump. In this case, the water can also flow without turning on the pump.
1. Install the pump on a water pipe with a threaded nozzle; make sure that the water flow direction of the pump is as same as the water pipe.
2. Install a 50-75 filter between the water valve and the pump
3. The inlets and outlets of the pipe and sub-pipe should all be equipped with water valve.
4. Install the container beneath the pump, keep the suction tube straight in the container and make sure its length is long enough to reach a few millimeters high above the bottom of the container.

 

Scale adjustments:
1. Turn the screw to get the U-shaped adjusting lock.
2. Preset the proportion of additive and water according to the water scale on the pump.
Counterclockwise direction: increase the proportion of additive
Clockwise direction: decrease the proportion of additive
The percentage on the pump is set on that the final water flow of the pump is 100.
3. Turn the adjuster until the U-shaped adjusting clock inserts exactly into the rabbet of the pump.
4. Push the U-shaped adjusting clock firmly into the rabbet of the pump to make sure they are buckled.


For a better maintenance of the product, please keep the U-shaped adjusting clock still.


Cleaning and maintenance:
After use:

Fill in the container with clean water, turn on the pump to make it operates for a few minutes.
Clean the outer surface and associated parts of the pump with clean water.
Warning: do not turn on the pump when the container is empty.
Venting valve
At the beginning of the operation, press down the venting valve to release the air (you will see some water flow out in this process), turn off the venting valve as soon as the air is released.

A correct installation is the premise of a smooth operation of the pump.
Do install the backflow-prevented valve before connecting the pump with the pipe.
The equipment for air release should be installed in the outer part of the pump so that the water pipe can be turned on without absorbing the additive. 
Do install a main water valve which should be turned on before the operation of the pump.
